Our organization has a long history here in Douglas County. Founded in 2004 by a small group of progressive-thinking women, we have grown over the years providing forward thinking conversations in a well-documented conservative rural environment. Our membership has promoted candidates for positions as a University Regent, U.S. Congress, Nevada State Assembly, Douglas County Board of Commissioners, School Board and local General Improvement Districts.

Whether it’s hosting community events, providing legislative analysis, or supporting grassroots campaigns, we focus on practical solutions that empower people. We are proud to have the support of our Nevada U.S. Representatives as well as State officials. By connecting individuals, organizations, and decision-makers, we help build the momentum needed for real, lasting progress.
